Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how GT Manufacturing Intelligence, S.L. ("GTMI") handles personal data submitted through this website. GTMI is based in Granada, Spain. Project-specific data handling is governed separately by the relevant client agreement and does not form part of this website policy.
2. Information the contact form collects
The contact form asks for:
- Your name.
- Your organisation.
- Your professional email address.
- Your industrial sector.
- The briefing or enquiry details you choose to provide.
- The enquiry topic and the page on this website where you opened the form. Query parameters and URL fragments are excluded from that page field.
Do not include special-category personal data, credentials, controlled records, or confidential manufacturing information in the form.
3. Form processing
When you submit the form, Cloudflare processes the request and GTMI records the enquiry in its Frappe CRM. Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical request information to help prevent automated submissions. The form confirms receipt only after GTMI has saved the enquiry.
The website keeps a submission reference and a fingerprint of the submitted fields in this browser tab so it can check an earlier enquiry after you reload the page. It does not store your name, email address or enquiry text in browser storage. Closing the tab ends this recovery session.
The current website does not provide a newsletter subscription and does not include a separate web analytics service.
4. How GTMI uses the information
GTMI uses contact-form information to:
- Review and respond to your enquiry.
- Assess whether the work fits GTMI's services.
- Prepare a follow-up conversation or proposal when requested.
5. Data handling
GTMI limits access to enquiries to the people who need them for business follow-up. The website contact route is intended for initial business context only. Detailed project, quality, security, or manufacturing information should move to an agreed client channel after the initial exchange.
6. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data under applicable data-protection law. Contact GTMI to make a request about information submitted through this website.
7. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact GTMI by email.
