Automotive and Aerospace

Connect work instructions, production records and system interfaces across automotive and aerospace operations. GTMI designs execution workflows, traceability and integration around the process and its requirements.

Built for

For engineering, operations and quality teams managing controlled work, product traceability and production changes in automotive and aerospace manufacturing.

01

Production control that works on the floor

Automotive and aerospace production depends on clear instructions, controlled changes, dependable equipment data, and a complete account of what happened during the work. GTMI designs systems that give operators the instructions they need during the work and capture the production events. Engineering, operations and quality need to be able to use the resulting record.

02

Connect instructions to execution

A digital execution layer can bring released work instructions, assembly or process steps, inspections, material checks, equipment values, exceptions, and approvals into one operator flow. GTMI starts with the actual sequence of work and the record it must produce. This exposes revision checks, duplicate entry, missing context, and hand-offs that are difficult to see when instructions and production data are spread across separate tools.

03

Integrate the plant and enterprise layers

Production equipment, manufacturing applications, ERP, quality systems, label services, identity platforms, and reporting tools each own part of the process. GTMI defines how they exchange information, which system is authoritative, what happens when a service is unavailable, how corrections are handled, and who supports each connection. These boundaries keep an integration failure from becoming an ambiguous production record or an operator workaround.

04

Control product, line, and site variation

A shared manufacturing product needs clear rules for what remains common and what a plant, line, process, or product family may configure. GTMI helps define the product boundary, decision rights, design reviews, release controls, site entry criteria, deployment evidence, and support handover. The team can then assess local requirements without turning each deployment into a separate product.

05

Scope the review and implementation

An engagement can begin with a guided-work assessment, traceability review, integration architecture, or rollout-readiness review for one process. The output defines the system boundary, delivery scope, interfaces, decisions, risks, and ownership needed to proceed. GTMI can then support implementation, release governance, deployment, and handover while the client retains its product, safety, certification, and acceptance responsibilities.

Initial scope

What an engagement can define

  1. 01Defined execution and traceability boundary for one production flow
  2. 02Interface and ownership map across production and enterprise systems
  3. 03Prioritised risks, decisions, and dependencies for an initial scope
  4. 04Governance model for product, line, or site variation

Tell us what needs to change.

A brief outline of the process, systems or programme is enough. You do not need a specification or a chosen technology to get in touch.
